Take about 600 grams of fruit. Can be anything: apples, pears, rhubarb, even oranges if you wish. Slice and dice into bitesized chunks. If you have a sweet tooth, sweeten this fruit with about 100 grams of sugar.
Then, in a seperate bowl, mix 150 grams wholemeal flour, 150 grams standard flour, 200 grams brown sugar, 100 grams rolled oats, and 300 grams diced butter.
Pour crumble on top of fruit, and shove in oven for 40-ish minutes at 200 degrees (Celcius).
