• When damaged with a melee weapon this spell will cast Burst on target's attacker. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.
• Inflicts 8,928 - 9,868 magic damage on targets in Area of Effect.
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
• This effect can only trigger once every 1.0 second.
• On any combat or spell hit this spell may cast Cerebral Destruction on target of attack. Lasts for 15.0 seconds. Triggers about 2.0 times per minute.
• Inflicts 93,296 mental damage on target.
• Decreases INT, AGI, WIS and STR of target by 237.4.
• Suspends for 30 seconds when the caster takes damage greater than 30% of their maximum health
• Increases the caster's effectiveness of worn armor vs physical damage by 10%.
