•  On any combat or spell hit this spell may cast Velium Tempest IV on target of attack. Lasts for 16.0 seconds. Triggers about 2.0 times per minute.

•  Inflicts 4,162 - 4,600 heat damage on target encounter.

•  Decreases Mitigation of target encounter vs elemental damage by 1,850.

•  Must not be engaged in pvp combat

•  Using Sprint will increase the wearer's Dodge Chance by 10% for 10 seconds. Can only trigger once every 30 seconds. Damage received greater than 30% of the wearer's maximum health will dispel the effect.
