As a drastic measure, if you are willing to irrevocably destroy any petamorph wands you have stored in the Petamorph Key Ring, you can type /delete_keyring_item 0 1234567890 where 1234567890 is the ItemID of the stored petamorph.
Developers are aware of this issue, but you can always post your respectful feedback in the
Sack that can be placed in your ammo slot that holds shurikens, throwing axes, throwing daggers, and throwing hammers to be used while using a ranged weapon. These are the only items that can be held in this container.

Faylon's heritage is somewhat interesting as she can claim both the Feir'Dal and Teir'Dal as her elven ancestors. She is a second generation Ayr'Dal as both her parents were Ayr'Dal.
As a small child Faylon's parents were killed in the shattering and she was raised by her paternal grandparents in Qeynos.
Like many Ayr'Dal Faylon is drawn to the sea and she crewed on a merchant ship to see a bit of the world, but the ship was attacked and few survived. That began her life as an adventurer.
