Though salt comes easily to him, he would like me to gather some of the high quality salt carried by the officers among the Blackshield Smugglers. To get to the officers I should pass the riff raff on the beach to the north, and take the path south into the Green Overlook. Following that path around will lead to where the officers reside, they are the ones who will have the high quality salt.
