Seek out the being that still leeches the power of the Fyr'Un for its own purposes. Only after it has been slain may the Vessel regain its true power.
While one still draws power from the Fyr'Un, the vessel can never be complete.
Seek out the one being who still draws life from the Fyr'Un. Slay him and fill the vessel from the waters of the Fyr'Un.
