Find the Blackwater Mask in the Freethinker Hideout. It is locked in a chest in one of the side rooms.
Recover the Blackwater Mask. (in Freethinker Hideout)
Return to Havras Scutter in Somborn with the Blackwater Mask.
Return to Havras Scutter. (in Loping Plains)
