Apparently, here in the plane of magic, brutal deaths can create what is called a blood wisp. The situation was not entirely explained to me, but I need to seek out and capture this wisp, using the magical wand that Ta-she-ra-he has given me and lead it back here to the Pakiat Bluffs. It was last seen out past the Esoterra Gardens, perhaps near Zivier's Reach

I should search for the blood wisp, out past the Esoterra Gardens.

I should look around, the blood wisp is close.

The blood wisp should be near by. (in Plane of Magic)

I should use the wand on the blood wisp.

I should capture the blood wisp. (in Plane of Magic)

I should lead the blood wisp back to the Pakiat Bluffs.

I should speak to Ta-sche-ra-he. (in Plane of Magic)

I should place the wisp into the container.
