Tegin The Curator, a halfling treasure-hunter I met at the camp near Scale Gate, in Wracklands, provided me with this holoprojector. he couldn't find much use for this magical shissar contrivance, but I bet I can!
It'll take a small stack of shissar holo remnants to provide the arcane energies necessary to power the holoprojector.
