I found Firiona Vie, the most notable Norrathian to have her soul taken to Ethernere without a mortal death, in Cardin Ward! She is attempting to aid the townsfolk, despite her own situation. She has convinced me to lend a hand in the effort to defeat the Harrowing Horde that threaten to over take the town!
