I spoke with overseer D'luk, and found out that along with attacks from the stormwings, there are also attacks from the virulids that normally inhabit the Hive of the Rogue. He has asked that I destroy some of the virulids there, to help prevent future attacks and help the guards to focus on the stormwings instead.
