Lockdown II (Apprentice)
Roots the illusionist's target in place, preventing them from movement. This also stifles and blurs their vision until they are struck by any damage. Upgrades to this spell reduce the target's resistance to the full duration of the root effect.

•  Epic targets gain an immunity to Stifle effects of 9.0 seconds and duration is reduced to 1.0 second.
•  Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 38.
•  Roots target
•  5% chance to dispel when target takes damage
•  Epic targets gain an immunity to Root effects of 1 minute 15 seconds and duration is reduced to 8.3 seconds.
•  Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 38.
