EQ2U - Item Details - Skull Ring of V'Zher

EQ2U was caught up in a DDOS attack on Daybreak over the weekend which resulted in us getting blocked from accessing Census. Thankfully we have been unblocked and been added to a whitelist to reduce the chance of being collateral damage again. I am also in the process of rewriting parts of how EQ2U makes Census requests to make it more obvious that we are a legitimate request. We are unable to connect to the EverQuest II Census API or we aren't seeing new characters being exported to Census.
If you are still able to perform Character, Guild, and Item searches, then Census is responding but isn't receiving new data from EQ2. Please contact Daybreak Games.

• On any combat or spell hit this spell may cast Draft of Tourbillion II on target of attack. Lasts for 4.0 seconds. Triggers about 3.0 times per minute.

• Inflicts 748,000 cold damage on target.

• Can only be active by one caster at a time

• When any damage is received this spell has a 15% chance to cast Draught of Aether II on target's attacker. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.

• Heals target for 117,335.

• This effect cannot be critically applied.

• Cannot be modified except by direct means
