• Increases Weapon Damage Overcap of group members (AE) by 96.9.

• When damaged with a melee weapon this spell has a 20% chance to cast Dust Storm on target's attacker.

• Decreases Threat to target encounter by 6,570 - 8,030

• If not fighter

• Will trigger off of crush, pierce or slash abilities.
