Effects:
Applies Chrono Dungeon when Activated. Lasts for 1.0 second.
•  Applies a Chronomagic effect to your current zone, infusing the encounters within.
•  Sets all base creatures to the level of the bauble plus one.
•  Sets all boss creatures to the level of the bauble plus three.
•  Grants a mission that will increment as you defeat encounters in the Chrono Dungeon, the more you defeat, the more you get!
•  Must be in Hold of Rime: The Ascent.
